Make A Difference Day

National Make A Difference Day is an annual community service event which is held on the fourth Saturday in October. The Milton-Freewater Downtown Alliance is proud to help organize local efforts each year in Milton-Freewater. In the past projects have included painting businesses, weed and trash clean up. We even have helped build The Gathering Place on the site of the historic Dairy Queen near McLoughlin High School. For more information on how to volunteer, or to propose a project idea, please contact our office.
